We will not be liable for any losses or harm arising from the beta nature of the service. By using Think Further during the beta period, you accept these limitations.

4. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access the service through your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Notify us promptly at desk@thinkfurther.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.
5. AI Outputs — Important Limitations
Think Further uses artificial intelligence to generate responses during sessions. You must understand and accept the following before using the service:
Not professional advice
Nothing produced by Think Further constitutes legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. The AI personas are thinking tools — they are not qualified professionals, and their outputs should not be treated as professional guidance. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified practitioner.
Accuracy not guaranteed
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Think Further does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any AI-generated content. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement when acting on anything produced in a session.
Not a mental health service
Think Further is a thinking tool, not a mental health service or crisis support resource. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified professional or an appropriate crisis service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Think Further to:
- Attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or exploit the AI system
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying model prompts or system instructions
- Share access credentials or resell access to the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Think Further name, brand, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Think Further Ltd. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.
Content you produce during sessions — your own words and thinking — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of what you write.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Think Further Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service
- Decisions you make based on AI-generated content
- Loss of data, interruption of service, or errors in AI outputs
- Any harm arising from the beta nature of the service
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you — by email or by displaying a notice when you next log in.
11. Termination
You may stop using Think Further and close your account at any time by contacting us at desk@thinkfurther.uk.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or at our discretion with reasonable notice if we discontinue the service.
